Make sense of supplier charges, one order at a time.
A proposed reconciliation service for Shopify merchants: compare order records with supplier invoices, find unmatched charges, and review unexplained differences.
Trace each charge
See how order references and product SKUs connect an invoice line to an order.
Know what to review
Review possible duplicates, quantity differences, and costs that differ from a supplied cost table. A difference does not prove an overcharge.
Keep uncertainty visible
Missing matches, ambiguous refunds, and unsupported records stay flagged for review.
Up to 1,000 Shopify orders · one supplier format, once verified · USD
- One batch report, with no automatic subscription
- Line-level matches and visible exceptions
- No promised refunds or recovered money
This records interest only. It is not an order, a payment, or a promise of availability. Final scope and price would be confirmed before any purchase.

This is a previously generated, independently checked example from our local reconciliation engine. It uses fictional orders and invoice formats we defined for testing. It does not process your files, demonstrate a native supplier integration, or establish customer results.
What still needs verification?
ShipMonk is the first native supplier format under investigation. Support requires an implemented adapter and an authorized merchant file pair that verifies correctly. Neither ShipMonk nor other native supplier formats are currently available for paid reconciliation.
Shopify's order export does not contain product cost of goods. Product-cost comparisons would require your separate cost table. Customer shipping collected and supplier shipping billed are different amounts; their difference alone does not establish an error.
Recon Batch is an independent early-access project and is not endorsed by Shopify or ShipMonk.
